Introducing…..Gentle Soul!!! I met this sweet kid when touring Richmond Animal Care & Control on Thursday. His section is very close to the dog runs, so there was a fair amount of barking. Most cats may have been a bit bothered…but not this guy! He was headbutting the front of the cage, purring, and wanting to give affection.
